Delivery

• Delivery timeline is 2-4 business days depending on your location and the courier partner.
• We offer delivery services in more than 380 cities across Pakistan.
• Our logistics partners do not operate on Sundays and National Holidays. Orders will be shipped and delivered next working day.
• We make two delivery attempts; please ensure your address is complete (House No, Street, Area, and Nearest Landmark)

Exchange

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy for our customers

• JumBoro return & exchange policy gives you the option to return or exchange items for any reason within 5 days of delivery.
• Customer must have sales invoice slip & the product must be returned in its original packaging and must not be worn, washed, damaged, altered, or have stains, odor, or missing labels/tags.
• Return or Exchange policy is not applicable on discounted products.
• The complaint must be registered by contacting customer service from our website, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.

• All our fabric is pre-shrinked
• Use iron on high temperature
• Don't use bleach unless the garment is white
• Do not iron directly on prints/embroidery
• Avoid over bleaching as it can cause damage
